1. About Cadence Defense

Cadence Defense provides firearms safety education, marksmanship instruction, concealed carry (CCW) training, emergency preparedness education, private instruction, and related educational services.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice, self-defense advice, or a guarantee of any particular training outcome.

2. Eligibility

By registering for a class, you represent that:

• You are legally permitted to possess and use firearms under applicable federal, state, and local law.

• You will comply with all applicable laws while participating in training.

• You will follow all instructor and range safety instructions.

• You understand that some classes may have minimum age or prerequisite requirements.

Cadence Defense reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation when necessary to protect the safety of students, instructors, or range personnel.

3. Registration

Registration is not guaranteed until payment has been received (when required) and your registration has been confirmed.

Class sizes may be limited.

Cadence Defense reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, relocate, or cancel any class due to weather, instructor availability, range availability, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4. Payments

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Our current cancellation and refund policy is posted separately on this website and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If Cadence Defense cancels a class, participants will generally be offered a refund, credit, or transfer to another available class.

Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior notice may result in forfeiture of registration fees, subject to our posted cancellation policy.

6. Safety Requirements

Safety is our highest priority.

Participants must comply with all:

• Firearm safety rules

• Instructor directions

• Range rules

• Facility policies

Cadence Defense reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe, disruptive, impaired, threatening, or otherwise interferes with the safe operation of a class.

Removal from a class for safety reasons may occur without refund.

7. Required Equipment

Certain classes require participants to bring specified firearms, ammunition, eye protection, hearing protection, holsters, or other equipment.

Equipment requirements are published in class descriptions or registration materials.

Cadence Defense reserves the right to prohibit equipment deemed unsafe or unsuitable for a particular class.

8. Assumption of Risk

Participation in firearms training involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated.

By registering for and participating in training, participants acknowledge that they understand these inherent risks.

Participation in any live-fire training is also subject to execution of any required liability waiver, range agreement, or other participation documents provided by Cadence Defense or the hosting range.

All information provided on this website is intended for general educational and informational purposes.

Although we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free.
