SIG SAUER ROSE Festival: An Inspiring Start in Las Vegas
250 women. 38 states. One shared enthusiasm for learning, confidence, and responsible firearms ownership.
The excitement surrounding the SIG SAUER ROSE Festival began last night in Las Vegas, Nevada, with registration, check-in, and an opening reception in the Rouge Room at Red Rock Resort. And if the first evening is any indication of what’s ahead, this is going to be a memorable experience.
From the moment attendees began gathering, the atmosphere was welcoming, energetic, and genuinely inspiring. Women of different experience levels came together with a shared desire to learn, improve their skills, and become more confident. Whether they arrived with years of experience or were looking forward to expanding their knowledge, everyone seemed to understand that they were in the right place.
One of the most encouraging things to see was how friendly and helpful everyone was. Conversations started easily, people connected with fellow attendees, and there was a real sense of enthusiasm throughout the room. It was a reminder that firearms education doesn't have to be intimidating or exclusive. The right environment can make learning approachable, enjoyable, and empowering.
For Sarah, one of the instructors at Cadence Defense, the evening was also an opportunity to make new connections and meet several wonderful women who share her enthusiasm for learning and firearms education. It was a pleasure to make new friends in such a welcoming environment, and those conversations helped make an already enjoyable evening even more memorable. Events like this remind us that while we may come together to develop our skills, the friendships and connections we make along the way can be just as valuable.
And what a gathering it was! Approximately 250 attendees traveled from 38 states and Puerto Rico to be part of this event. Bringing together so many women from such diverse backgrounds speaks to the growing interest in opportunities for women to learn, develop their abilities, and connect with others who share similar interests.
The opening reception itself was a wonderful way to kick things off. Great live entertainment, an inviting atmosphere, and plenty of opportunities to meet new people made the evening feel more like a community coming together than simply an event check-in. SIG SAUER has already demonstrated that being a great host means more than organizing a schedule. It means creating an environment where people feel welcomed, valued, and excited to participate.
At Cadence Defense, we believe that good firearms training is about much more than operating a firearm. It’s about developing knowledge, sound judgment, confidence, and a commitment to safety. Seeing so many women eager to learn and invest in themselves reinforces why accessible, supportive training opportunities matter.
Last night was just the beginning, and the energy in that room has us looking forward to what comes next.
If the opening reception is any indication, the SIG SAUER ROSE Festival is off to an exceptional start. We're excited to see what the coming sessions bring, what new connections are made, and what attendees take home from the experience.
Stay tuned as we share more from the SIG SAUER ROSE Festival in Las Vegas!
